Is there anyone on here that is clued up on VOIP phone setups and the best out of the box providers?
We have a serviced office and they changed our provider a few months back, seems it's in house now but it's been utterly patchy. Things like handsets no longer dialling out from the same one number and calls dropping when being transferred from one handset to another. The Polycom handsets they have supplied are rather dated too.
Looking to see how difficult it is to just set up our own thing with another provider and get rid of these ones. Had a quick skim of Amazon Connect which looks like it would fit the bill but unsure if I can set it up with physical phones for our staff
