Hi,

My Lenovo tablet started acting up; repeatedly crashing after about 10 mins use. I did a factory reset, but now it doesn't recognise any Wi-fi networks! it just keeps saying no WLAN networks available mad (previously it would pick up mine, and all the neighbours Wifi).

It is a TB-103F 10" and about 5 years old, but until recently it was working perfectly, the battery even held a good amount of charge.

Any ideas?

I tried doing a another factory reset, then thought of never buying another Lenovo gadget ever again, neither helped...

I would use something like this guide on how to update a android device via usb to confirm I had the latest os & patches in place as a next step.

If that doesn’t resolve it give you’d reported random crashing I’d consider there is hw failure at play.

BTW saying it held good charge doesn’t really have any bearing on the issue, it’s like the satnav failing in a car & noting that the petrol tank wasn’t even leaky.

Had this a month or so ago, same tablet, and about the same age.

Factory resetting only briefly cured mine, day or so later it would randomly keep re starting, and no WiFi recognised. Repeated several times.

Got sick of it and purchased a new one.
