"Your mega storage is full," Issue is Showing!

Hey there, friends. I'm hoping all is okay with you. My first post on this forum as a new user is here. I'm having a problem with my MEGA, guys (Cloud Storage). I receive an error notice that reads, "Your mega storage is full," when I attempt to upload a large file to my MEGA cloud storage. Even while downloading a large file, this kind of mistake may still occur. After numerous tries with help of this link, I was unable to fix the issue. Can somebody assist me with this, please?

Get the desktop version of the MEGA app, log in and see what is stored

My guess is something has backed up multiple times

I had this with a new computer, moved an old hard drive across and it backed my photos up again
