I'm looking for a management tool for some Android devices, basically to install an agreed set of apps and prevent anything else being added (or removed). Cost is a consideration, along with remote management, and if possible an imaging function so that one device can be configured and tested and then the image rolled out to several more.

Any suggestions please?

You just need any basic MDM really.

Take a look at Miradore. We sell to & use this with a number of our customers, as it is competitively priced, and meets our & their needs.

Thanks. I know there are several products available, but a recommendation is always good to have.

Do you have Microsoft 365 already? If so Intune will do it.

Be aware it really matters what Android you have when it comes to MDM. Samsung and Pixel tend to be good, some cheap Chinese brands are not so good.

Thanks for the heads up there. This is for a somewhat specialist device for a specific industry. I haven't got to the bones of what the underlying hardware is but it's not a mainstream brand (perhaps unfortunately!).
