We’ve just taken on someone to set up some serviced apartments and she was tasked with buying some smart TVs.

She has, in fact, bought regular TVs and didn’t realise until after she had destroyed the packaging.

I am guessing that there is an external gubbins that can be purchased to make a regular TV connect to WiFi, or is this wishful thinking?

Any pointers gratefully received chaps.

Best bet is a fire stick or similar.

Smart TVs are more than the WiFi, it’s the whole system is missing. Fire stick will replicate it

Firestick Lite. £12.99 at the minute. Absolute bargain.

As others have said, Firestick - just make sure to tick the “gift” option so they don’t all come pre registered to your account
