HP Laserjet P2055dn - still good??

Morning all

My wife is setting up a doctors surgery and my IT have offered me one of these printers for her for free, Now I'm just wondering if these are still good? We had a quite a few at work and they seem great workhorses and this one was in the CEO's office so wouldn't have had a lot of printing done over the years. But it still dates back to 2009. Would it be worth sticking a toner in it and using, in the short term at least?

My previous company had around 20+ of these across multiple sites; they were reliable, effective and hardly ever had issues, which is why I loved them!
