Thoughts on these broadband status readings?

What does your provider say you should be getting? Each broadband line is individual so without knowing what it should look like when performing well it is hard to say.
BT Wholesale checker could give you a good indication of line capability too.
The maximum figures look weird, a very off split between the upload and download so I would say there is an issue with the line that would need proper investigation.
I'm presuming you have done all the obvious bits of plugging in to the test socket on the faceplate, removing all extensions etc?

I'd want an Openreach copper line test running against that. Your ISP should be able to do this easily. I suspect there's a bad connection on one of the wires causing the poor upload - the 0.6Mbps and CRC errors logged is indicative of a problem.
The download might improve towards 30Mbps once fixed and the DLR is reset.
