As amazing as Open AI's Dalle2 is it has some limitations, particularly when asked to create images containing text
There is another thread on here showing some AI generated images but most are not using the actual Dalle 2 model but a heavily scaled down version.

Google just showed it's version of an AI that can generate images from a prompt and it is stunning.
A few years ago most people would have thought artists would have been one of the last jobs to be replaced by AI.

Is there any computer AI art that is loved?
I mean loved and appreciated, an honest question here.
When the computer just makes 1s and 0s from the inputs, has a machine made something breathtaking yet?

It’s an interesting philosophical question as to whether an AI will be able to make “art” in the sense you suggest. But AI is certainly able to replace commercial artists and illustrators now or in the fairly near future.
