Anyone help improving this photograph?

Hi all.

Not sure which forum to post this in.

I have come across this 42 year old photograph taken near Abersoch, can anyone kindly try to get rid of the "yellowing" and generally sharpen it up a bit, as I am a numpty with this stuff.

you won't get a lot out of that... too small an original and too blurred - computers can't do magic!
this is colour corrected and with unsharp mask added (slightly oversharpening if anything)

I had a similar result to akirk, that's about as good as you're going to get it from the original picture.

It works especially well on faces and licence plates
