WIN 11 Cookie Issue

This is doing my head in

Every time I need to login, I need to tick this box, cust no is never remembered - Not an issue on other PC's with Win 10 (Chrome browser)

Any thoughts?

If it’s Chrome on both then the OS won’t matter too much, check you have cookies enabled:

Already done that and as many other checks I can, thanks.

Clear all the cookies associated with the service and try again? If it still doesn’t work compare the cookies set with a known good machine.

So are the cookies getting set successfully and not read, or not getting set?

Mine has never remembered customer number. I just assumed it was prevented for security reasons

Strange - I do not have the issue on my works pc, just need to live with it I suppose.

Sorted at last - It was caused by an extension - Adblock.
