Laptop advice, Asus vivobook

The Mrs just bought herself one of these, 15.6 OLED, i5 16gig, seems a decent enough bit of kit, do have a soft spot for a nice screen.

Tempted to stay with 17" though, so maybe a TUF17? Although not OLED, don't need a gaming laptop, I just like stuff that's well put together, although it doesn't travel much.

What should I be worrying about, it won't do anything special, you can choose intel v. AMD and Windows 10 pro v. 11?

If you wont do anything special, just buy whatever you fancy. Make sure it has an ips or oled screen, ssd storage and at least 8GB RAM. The ASUS TUF is very much overkill for doing nothing special and will do you fine, AMD or Intel.
