What Tablet or 2-1 laptop £5-600

My work has always played fairly loose with laptop and admin rights but I'm now moving somewhere where it needs to be more secure

I need a device for general web browsing, PH, emails and then on weekends using to watch sport via Virgin and Sky

I'm going to have a dual screen or ultrawide setup and have an MX keys mini and master mouse so ideally I'd like

Personal device into monitor
Work device into monitor
Can switch kbm between both
Could have personal device on one screen or in a small window on ultrawide

I've been looking at S8 Tablet (I have S21 phone) and Surface Go 2/3

I assume Surface would be better cos windows but then the S8 looks smart just not sure it would function as above?

Have I missed an obvious device barring ipads
