Hi All.

My boss has intelligently signed up both of our shops for new BT Broadband!


There seems to be widespread issues for owners of the BT Business Smart Hub 2 - experiencing very flaky WI-Fi connectivity to all devices.

Reading a specific thread on the BT forums highlights these issues. Perceived wisdom is it relates to a firmware update sometime in February. It just seems like BT cannot be bothered to develop a fix right now.

People are resolving it by switching off Wi-Fi & resorting to a separate Wireless Access Point or using a different spare unused router. There also seems to be partial success splitting 5G & 2.4G between separate pieces of hardware.

Customers should never be put in this position of rectifying BT's issue.

I assume there are some PH'ers suffering with this issue?
