Folks, I took out a new contract with a one of the main mobile phone comparison companies. Decent deal on a IPhone 13 mini in starlight. I had it a day and it continually rebooted to the point as soon as you used any function it rebooted.

The phone went back three weeks ago and I was told a replacement would be sent out. However heard nothing more.

Ended up in a chat with them last night (can't speak to anyone now just a chat) and was told that they don't have stock of IPhone 13 mini and didn't know when they would get any in. Ultimately they'd be in touch.

I don't mind waiting a few weeks for turnround but I'm not waiting indefinitely and I'm beyond the cool off period now by a week. Its likely I could get another like phone in a differant colour but it's why I picked this one and it was a good deal. What are my options here.

That's really annoying; I'd just keep hassling them and asking for timings. There's not much they can do if they can't get stock.
