Currently with Zen as my ISP, happy but fairly costly at £35pm for the max 80/20 package.

The road has recently been dug up and today had letters for all the houses on the street from G.Network with their full fat fibre offerings & some decent early bird discounts.

Anyone signed up with G.Network & any experiences worth sharing namely performance & Customer Service?

Well . . . signed up today for the 600 / 300, so a wait of 4-6 weeks.

I have a question for anyone who has signed up for the Golden Ticket first 12 months.

I am being similarly bombarded with marketing. The only concern I have is what sort of a bodge will they make of the installation - the neighbours got virgin media nailed to their front wall, which looks crap. Would be interested in installation feedback!

Update time -

Landlady initially said No to the survey unfortunately, but managed to persuade her around to changing her mind this time, so the Wayleave document was signed off by her a week ago.


The reviews don't look great for timescales & delays for when you finally receive an installation date from them. Not to mention Customer Support in general - but I imagine this should improve over time - You would hope!

Anyone else had G.Network installed & how was the whole process for you?

Still not heard from them! . . . I'm wondering how often is too often to contact them & harass for an installation date . . .
