Website Templates

Anyone know of any decent website templates?

I have been meaning to code one for ages but i'm so out of touch with HTML, CSS, PHP and all that stuff that I really cant be bothered.
Any sort of Content management or even a service including hosting would be fine, I remember trying clikpic but really not liking it.

Controversial insertion is Wix as I know not everyone likes Flash.

I use their free account, but use html tags to embed it into my domain name html page. Suffices for me.

Is photography the main purpose of the site? If not what's its content?

Google will find you thousands of websites with free/paid templates - good luck finding the right one!!
