Probation

I started work for my present company on 5th Jan with 3 months probation.

Nothing has been announced to me about the end of my probation, and certainly no paperwork has been completed.

I may be about to be offered another job. Am I on 1 week's probation notice, or 1 month's standard notice?!

Or simply working out of contract?

Take a look at your original terms. If they say probation then if not terminated your employemnt is full thn you are ok. If unsure, take it up with your line manager and get confirmation of your status.
