There are loads, and most accountants will do it for you as well. If you are going to run a Ltd. company then you'll probably need an accounatnt, so you might find they do a reasonable setup package that includes company formation.
If you are feeling brave you can also walk in to your local Office World or Staples and buy a Company Formation Lawpack for around a tenner and do it yourself.

So don’t spend too much money, I’ve just set up mine for £45.
It is easy though, down load forms 10 and 12 from the companies house website, get a set of articles and memorandums from Oyez, and then get the whole thing witnessed by a solicitor, that will cost you a fiver.
The registration fee is £20.
So you can either save yourself some money, but not much, or get someone who can do it properly.
