Need info ona Company - Handleman

Although not my proper company role, I've been asked to look into a company by the name of Handleman with regard to doing a deal with them.

Newish to the UK....and forced upon Asda as a subsidiary to Walmart. No-one in the UK has yet made a choice to go with them yet...there's our worry.
