I'm about nearly half way through and whilst a lot of it is pure common sense it is very, very interesting...

it has been kicking around for a good old while, I think I read it some 15 years ago or so, but I have yet to work in an organisation that is anywhere near as far thinking and open as he is....more is the pity!!

I thought it was great stuff, as you said a lot of common sense, but then again many of the simplist things are the ones most often overlooked.

I think I will have to dig it out and have another read!!
