Help with Business Plan

Anyone able to offer any help with putting one together? Know kinda the general outline of it but could use some help coming up with specifics on the inside. What are some of the more important parts i should focus most of my time on and others that i shouldnt worry about too much. Any help greatly appreciated.

Do a search for PlanIt software they have business plans online,

Also do a search for sample business plans you will get a few results just take the format and generally whats its on about and change it to apply to your business
