I'm looking to raise some funds and am wondering which would be the best way to do this. I've seen loans etc at arount 6% but would it be possible to remortgage and find a lower rate with a tracker for a couple of years? It's going to take me ages trawling the net and thus far I haven't seen anything really good so I thought I'd ask if anybody here has already got a solution?

Any financial chaps here that can help? Thanks

I've got a 0.75% above base rate tracker, with no penalties for transferring between properties or repaying it early, definitely not the best deal that can be had, but certainly a lot less hassle having to shop around every two years.
