Car Leasing/Finance New idea advice needed

I have a great product for car leasing and finance companies that will make people pay there bill on time. If anybody is in this business or car sales, I would like to talk to you about it to get feedback.

Telematrics device, which cuts out the vehicles ignition circuit ?

Too dangerous. I was thinking along the lines of a rolling monthly car tax, so if they didn't pay you each month, you could shop them to DVLA.

The Customer knows that if they don't pay the car will not start. It does not stop on them, It gives plenty of warning that the bill needs to be paid. When the bill is paid the unit operates until the next payment is due.

It has nothing to do with telematrics, It is a much simpler system than that, which makes it far cheaper to purchase and install. It is 100% reliable and proven. Credit can be given to people that would normally be refused as they will do their own debt collecting.

Anything is hackable, this works purely as an imobiliser that your average joe will not know how to get round.
