Does anyone out there work for organisations where you are swamped with change and there is more an more pressure for existing staff to manage projects, but they have had little or no training and are still expected to do a good job?

If you are and need some help, mail me via my profile because the Company I work for delivers sensible and realistic Project Management training which equips staff with the knowledge and skill they need to manage projects successfully.

Cheers

HH.

PS - We can provide skilled PM's as well

HH. I don't need PM training (we used to offer it ourselves!) but now we do Timesheet software...(first step in managing whats going on is to know what's going on etc).

Do you chaps ever recommend software/systems, at all?

Hi Don

Might be worth a chat sometime - I take it that the website on your profile has all the details.

Yep.

You can also find the same site here....

We are changing ISPs and DNS entries are just BOUND to go wrong...

IIRC you are fairly local to me, aren't you? Hampshire? Beer and a demo might be worth it. When our new server is fully on the net we'll be running demo-ware over the Internet so you just log-on and have a go...

Don

Beer and demo sounds good - I will drop you a mail over the next week or so to sort something out

I could do with an accredited MSP trainer. If you know anyone - drop me a line.

Thanks

I could do with converting some 'dropped in at the deep-end' experience into hard and fast qualifications.

Is that something you could offer?
