Large Scale Scanning, size reduction & Printing

Hi Fellow PHer's,
I've got an A0 sized B+W map that I need to get:
a) reduced to a4 & a3 size, with say 10 prints run off on each size &
b) digitised to disc so I can add bits in & take bits out as required.

Is there someone out there in PH business land that can assist? Sorry, the original exists on paper only.
