Can anyone please confirm whether this is still the case as my company has gone into administration but I and a couple of colleagues have been retained...if they retain us past the 14 days and then dispense with our services do they have to pay us our contractual redundancy pay as opposed to the £350 capped paid by the RPO...as the end of the 14 days will be soon upon us...can anyone help???
