Can anyone recommend a telesales company?

Im looking for a good telesales company to cold call prospective clients for me selling web advertising space. Can anyone recommend any that theyve used in the past or are now?
I want to sound out a few so as many as possible would be great.

Just heard back from their Business Director. He says its not something they do anymore as they "have had their fingers burnt". You try and give people business and they dont want to know!
