Cash Flow forecasts

Don't know of one that is free and good. How about trying your finance provider / small business adviser. They may have a model you can use. In fact they may prefer you to use their model if they are going to lend to you as they know all the formaulas work etc.
How good are you at Excel? Building a cashflow model is not too tricky overall. Are you forecasting on a weekly or monthly basis?
The one thing you may have to consider is that if you are seeking finance you may need to produce a P&L and balance sheets at various stages as well as cashflow. A model can be built that makes sure all three are generated at once and that they do link together correctly.
Ther are a few PH'ers in the pub sector so they may have something that could help.
Otherwise, from my limited experience in this sector , generally you should be in a cash positive situation as you have credit terms on your drinks supply whilst the punters are paying cash/switch/credit on the night.
If you get stuck, mail me through my profile as I may be able to help out in reviewing / building a model but this would be in my free time so it might be a bit of a problem for you if time is tight.

CVP,
Thanks for the reply...
It's my Dad & Step Mum's pub, and it's something he asked me to find. They've done 7 months so far, and had used someone elses P&L, Cash flow etc sheets which the bank accepted, but weren't really happy with.
I've found one very simple one that might point him in the right direction, though your suggestion of asking the bank if they've got one is a good idea!
Thanks again for your reply, will e-mail you if I've got any further questions.
