Goes like this...

Someone from my company was sacked for gross-misconduct (fiddling overtime). Found another job in a much smaller company.
Now my company is apparently interested in taking over this company. What would happen to this employee if he found himself back in the fold? Would it be legal to sack him again?!

How bad was the fiddling ? Never trust him again fiddling ?

Maybe he's learnt his lesson, he does know that you'll be watching him like a hawk anyway. How is he at the rest of his job ?

Can't help legaly sorry

Fiddling was bad - never trust again type.

Currently at his new job his probation has been extended another 3 months, so not going well
