Customer has placed money directly into their PayPal account ready for us to collect but we can't seem to find an option to do this, only for them to pay the money directly into our account.

Any clues?

Firstly have you set up an account for Paypal to
deposit the money into?

If you have, then once you have logged in, you have some rows of tabs. 'My Account' 'Request Money' etc

Below is the 'Add Money and then... 'Withrdraw' tab you need.
