As you may have read in other threads - I've been screwed over by my company regarding promotion.
I'm looking for other employment now and once I leave will consider chasing them for constructive dismissal.
Can anyone clarify the law for me regarding what records I'm entitled to look at - and how should I set about requesting them?

It's called a Subject Data Access Request. you're entitled to view all computer and paper files about you held by a company.
