S/W to get a list of post codes to show on a map?

Does anyone know if there is a piece of software available to import a list of post codes (500 'ish) and put their locations as dots on a UK map?

Microsoft do a package called MapPoint that does exactly this...

Actually you can do it with Autoroute as well...
