The pains of trying to purchase/rent a commercial property

I’m trying to find some space for an e-commerce business, and it’s turning out to be remarkably difficult. I’m happy to consider pretty much any type of unit and could repurpose most spaces.

Judging by the news, you’d assume it’s a buyer’s/renter’s market, but my experience couldn’t be further from that.

There's a lot of competition it seems in Hants for 150-250sqm units.
