Recommendation Needed - Salesforce

We currently have 2x Salesforce instances and we're merging the companies into one. One instance is the primary with loads more data and custom fields etc, the other one we can almost put in the bin.

However I need someone to do some setup for me. The previous guys we used went out of business, so I'm looking for recommendations for a company that can do some basic development and setup a couple of integrations for us, in the first instance Docusign.
