Looking for suggestions for people that can sort out an Amazon Listing please.
We have a product with a very old listing and are looking to update it with new variants.
I think because the listing was created so many years ago there are various bits that don't appear to
work quite as they should. While I'm fairly sure I could sort it I'd rather get someone who knows
what they are doing as the listing has nearly 2k reviews with a 4.5 star average and I really don't want to
push the wrong button and have to start again from scratch.

I've DM'd you. I run two Amazon private label brands as my main business - happy to discuss and see if I can help!

To gain experience beginning a commercial life with Amazon is not bad.
Amazon itself throws a lot of hurdles lately.

There is no better way than having more than one shop online.

Thanks for the replies, the listing its self is ok, it is just very old so I’m a bit weary of fiddling. I tend to see Amazon as a cantankerous mule we have to ride as there is no way we could reach such a big audience for a small company such as ours, but it will do random stuff and throw you off. We had an instance earlier in the year where they decided they needed a certain piece of paper, immediately stopped our sales, when we finally got through to a human they conceded that it was not relevant to us. Unfortunately like so many organisations nowadays support staff are unable to actually sort stuff and you end up in a ‘computer says no’ situation.

I think we will probably create a new listing for the new variations to begin with.

Thanks DSL, sounds like that is the sort of thing we might need. Sales etc... are generally OK, the listings need a bit of an update but it is finding someone who properly understands what is possible on the back end. I think I understand it but as I've got more involved recently have been very surprised how disjointed the Amazon back end is and really don't want to accidentally check a box that appears logical but does something random. At the moment we have had two completely opposite opinions on the possibility of updating our listing.

Did you receive my DM?

I'm happy to just have a friendly chat and answer your questions... We spend a lot of time variating/devariating our listings using flat files etc.
