Property investment/holiday home/rental in West Wittering

Hi all,

Not sure of the most appropriate forum for this question but here goes.

I have a small portfolio of properties I own and rent out locally to me and I'm now contemplating a holiday home purchase in West Wittering or close by.

I wondered if there were any experts local to area who could advise nice places to look for or more importantly to avoid!

Budget wise around £400k
