We currently have a large office space in Nottingham for circa 25 staff to use, but since covid and remote working has become popular the office rarely gets used, so we are going to ditch it.

Has anyone used one of these virtual office set ups that give you an address and post forwarding? Any advice of companies you’ve used, or horror stories would be great?

Thanks

Used 1st Formations and Hoxton Mix, both are fine and reasonably priced. 1st Formations are a bit annoying if you accidentally auto-renew which we did (but our fault for not cancelling).

However, best of all options, we now use our accountant who does it for £5 a month.

I've been using Rapid Formations for several years.

They handle both the company registered office as well as the virtual address for ordinary post.

When it's received they will scan and email it to you for normal items, larger ones are forwarded by post to whatever address you choose.

Think about a hot desk with office facilities, it’s out of your area but Avenue HQ in Liverpool and Leeds do It beautifully
