Employee Assistance Program

Anyone offer this (or benefit from one) to their team? Any recommendations in terms of providers?

We have a tight team of 25 people and for the money, it is a bit of a no brainer ...

Forgive my ignorance, but is this like a package that includes Drs services, mental health support etc? If so we do quite a few of these included when we arrange group life and income protection.

We use YuLife. They have quite a broad range of products. They do our life assurance, EAP, other wellbeing and health benefits along with having the ability to conduct staff surveys and the like. Found them very reasonable.
