"Smart"business phone numbers

I have several businesses that I deal with who, when they call my mobile, come up with their business name and labelled as a "smart" number. I haven't entered any info into my contacts list it just comes up.
How do I do this?

That’s a function of your phone rather than their number.

Having done a bit of digging I was just coming back to say it doesn't seem to happen on Apple so maybe it's an android or a Samsung thing or both.
So only Samsung then?

It's built into Samsung phones by default.
AFAIK it's provided by https://www.hiya.com/ who do provide an app to do the same on other devices. (for a fee).
I also think you can register your business with them to achieve what you want. (bearing in mind it's prob only relevant to certain mobile users)
