I’m looking for some real world advice from contractors using field service software.
Our needs are actually very simple, and most of the systems have way more features, and appear to rely on someone loading jobs onto a planner first. We are mostly out all day, and jobs come to us mostly via email, I forward the email to the engineer in the relevant area, and we get them done. Realistically what I would like is simply an electronic engineers worksheet, that can then be processed for invoicing back in the office. All suggestions welcome. Thanks
