I found this little test both amusing and enlightening:

I believe Apple are prone to embed weird and funny statements deep within their Ts & Cs.

Along the same lines as to why people don't read things I once started scrolling down on my microsoft xbox terms info thst appeared on screen. After 5 solid minutes of scrolling down it still hadn't reached the bottom. So no wonder people don't read things.
