Hi all,

I’m looking to setup a salary sacrifice scheme for our work employees. I assume it’s only EV that’s available?

From an employee perspective, which company / schemes would people recommend?

Thanks

Tusker seems to be a market leader.

Thanks, I did read a lot of negativity about them from people moaning about their prices.

I’m also not sure why this thread got moved. I was looking for employee experiences, which I thought would be better served in the original location. Oh well

It's not just EV - you can offer hybrids too.

We used Lex, who were OK.

Octopus seems popular.

If it's a salary sacrifice scheme, it could also include other stuff. Matched pension contribs, medical, dental, life insurance, incapacity insurance, cycle to work scheme, buy/sell vacation scheme, employee assistance program.

The point being that on these things employees wouldn't attract employers NI.

you can have any car you like, but as you have to pay benefit in kind contributions, anything that isn't EV or very low CO2 PHEV becomes very expensive very quickly...

Octopus and the like are popular with the larger fleets, there are Companies that focus on smaller operations, I'm involved with a business that does the latter and happy to offer any help offline as don't want to break any rules here etc.

Thanks, I might take you up on that offer as we are a relatively small company.

Thanks everyone else for the info, we do currently offer other salary sacrifice benefits, just currently not the car option.
