Small business funding

I run a small business withing the hospitality sector, turnover of about £60-£70k a year and two years old this month.

We're now getting to the point where we need a van, have gone through the process of getting quotes via leasing companies but being messed about a bit after being quoted a price it is then increased by 40-60% when it comes to the actual crunch.

Next step is to maybe look at small business loans or funding and just buy something that is fairly new and not band new, need something that looks the part as we serve high end clients.

Anyone have any ideas, I'm new to all of this so in a business level not sure where to turn. Funding circle can't help.

HP or a Lease Purchase type deal?

I used to do a lot of small lends like this moons ago, the commercial dealer network basically took over with manufacture used finance (once the PCP/Lease finished, and they wanted to keep the residuals in house) so we moved on, to 'softer' assets.

Let me know how you get on, as I was only discussing last week with an old colleague it may be time to start an own book asset finance business again.
