Anyone have any experience they can share about getting overdue invoices paid from a Scottish company?

Have emailed and called frequently the CEO and FC, but to no avail. Never have they picked up the phone when I've called, or returned a call after I've left a message. Also been sending regular updated invoices with interest. No one seems to care.

From my limited understanding of the Scottish gov webpages, the value is over the threshold where we'd have to go full court route.

What next?

Send a debt collector or court summons.

I had a car stuck with a fabricator, he kept blocking collection and wouldn’t refund. Eventually he turned nasty and told me I was not allowed to collect my car.

I looked at the legal / court route and then looked at other options…it was much cheaper, faster and satisfying to send an ugly bloke to see him and funnily enough I got my car and money back that day.
