Workspace required for 1 day in the Lincoln area

This is a longshot but I'm looking for a workspace in the Lincoln area this coming Friday. I've got a few sensitive calls to make so sitting in a local Starbucks etc is not really appropriate. Has anyone got any suggestions? TIA.

Is there a Regus, or similar co-working space near where you want to be?
My wife uses one "down sauf" for £25 for 1 day per month, inc. wifi, coffee and biscuits etc..

Alternatively, local hotels sometimes offer day packages inc. breakfast and wifi for a reasonable price. Historically it was around the same price for a morning at the Hilton..
