Guys my club needs a marketing person 2 days and my agency 3 days.

What’s the most financially tax efficient way to do this please?

If I invoice one company for her time it’s lost VAT - no?

Dave, the way we did it was employed by one business and the other invoiced for time/management charge. Both companies VAT registered so VAT is pretty much irrelevant.

As AB says - one entity charges VAT on the "services rendered" invoice and the other reclaims the same VAT.
