Freight forwarder

I'm in the process of ordering some parts from China. I have been quoted around $1800 to ship the items to me by sea but also asked if I have a freight forwarder in China the goods could be sent to. The volume of the items (they are quite light) would probably fill 25% of a 20ft container.

I'm assuming there would be companies in China that the parts could to sent to from the factory and they would have a more cost effective way of filling and shipping the container with other UK bound items. Does anyone have any recommendations of a UK importer who would deal with the freight forwarded in China in order to import the items?

Flight Logistics in Wokingham/Heathrow are a great company to work with, they may do flight forwarding. Used them for single items but they do all sorts including moving Banksy artwork.

I've used Zygo for a very long time. Always great. Not huge, but pretty experienced. https://zygo.ltd/ 01394 671444 ask for Charlotte or Richard. Unlike some, they've no problem dealing with smaller loads.
