Dried pigs ears

Hi there,

I need a supplier of dried pigs ears. I’ve called around some pork processors and abattoirs but they either supply whole heads only or fresh (not dried).

We’re looking for high volume (50k+) and none of the “wholesalers” that I found on Google seem able to help.

If anyone has a contact or knows who would sell these, please let me know.

If it's still there, The Duck and Waffle at the top of the Heron Tower do BBQ Pigs Ears and they are absolutely lovely!
