DHL Direct Debit Accounting - How?

Hi Guys,
We spend typically £5 - 10k a month with DHL and am spending a huge amount of time reconciling the VAT, DUTY and fee's against our direct debit payments on the account. DHL Will only provide a statement with individual invoice numbers and does not provide a breakdown of costs for all the invoices for that payment run. I have spent hours with our various reps over the years who we seem to get nowhere with.
So for the people who have DHL accounts, how do you do it? Is there a nice summary sheet available with all the breakdowns for that direct debit payment run or do you have to sit through hundreds of invoices with your calculator adding it all up manually?
