Hi all.

The wife and I were taking about the amount we spend on business transactions each month. We own a website/app company and spend thousands each month on various outgoing to host our clients and run our two offices in the U.K.

We have a Virgin Atlantic credit card for personal use and collect the points to put towards flights.

Is there a business equivalent which anyone else uses to collect points or rewards on their business transactions?

I know AMEX do Avios points which can be redeemed similarly.

But is there any alternatives out there which people have found really useful at all??

Thanks all

I can't find anywhere on their site that actually states the amount of Avios you collect per £ spent?

I've currently got a personal Amex card that I use exclusive for business and gives me 1.5 per £ so no idea if their offering is better or worse?

I've got an Amex Amazon Business credit card. They pay 1.5% cashback on purchases through Amazon (2% if you've got a Prime business account), and 0.5% cashback on purchases elsewhere (the cashback can only be spent at Amazon though, and it does show up on your statements). At the end of each month I pay off the Amex balance with a Business Barclaycard, who then give another 1% cashback! A few months back Barclaycard had 3% cashback offer running (only on purchases above your average spend). I had some big company purchases coming up so managed to get a really healthy kick back on that. Barclaycard cashback is automatically applied to your CC account, so you can't really make personal use of it. Capital on Tap do their cashback as gift vouchers so that's easier to use for personal spending.

I never thought of doing that - thanks!
